Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Credseek Intech Private Limited.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• interfere with its operation, security or availability;
• scrape, harvest or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without our consent;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
• use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or part, without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. No legal advice

The content on this website — including insight articles and FAQ answers — is general information, not legal advice, and does not create a lawyer–client or advisory relationship. We provide legal management support and recovery services; we are not your legal counsel and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional on your specific circumstances.

4. Engaging our services

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or oblige us to act. Our services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement setting out scope, fees, service levels, data protection terms and each party's obligations. Where those terms conflict with these, the engagement agreement governs.

Any indication of timelines or outcomes given on this site or in a portfolio assessment is an estimate based on the information available. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, and no outcome in any legal forum can be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, layout, graphics, logos and code — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, adaptation or redistribution, requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and accept no responsibility for their content, practices or privacy handling.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the limits in the applicable engagement agreement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site. Please check it periodically.
